To view your Teams contacts, selectCalls and choose Contacts on the left.  Here you'll find an A-Z listing of all your contacts and a search bar that you tin use to find someone specific.

If yous desire to add a new contact to your list, click Add contact at the top of your list to get started.

You can also access your Speed dial contacts and whatsoever call groups you have created—all on the right side of Teams. Just select Calls and access them there at any time.

• Speed punch allows you to quickly reference and retrieve whatsoever recent contacts or contacts that you have added to speed punch.

• Call groups organize your teammates to help you lot discover or reach certain people based on a office or team.

• To add together someone to speed punch or any phone call group,  selectMore actions next to the group name and cullAdd a contact to this group.

• You tin quickly call any contact back by selectingCall beneath their name.

Note:If you don't see Calls on the left side of Teams, talk to your Information technology admin.

To create a new contact group, first go to Chat on the left side of Teams. So select the Chatdropdown at the top and select Contacts.

Adjacent, choose Create a new contact group at the bottom. And so follow the instructions to create a new grouping.

You tin access the contacts on your mobile device from Teams if you've enabled the setting to allow access to your phone contacts. Tap Calls > Contacts .
